FAQ
Questions we hear most
Short answers about trial, payments, security, and how the product fits your team.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New companies start on a free trial with core accounting modules. Trial length is set by us (typically two weeks) and can be extended by an administrator if you need more time.
How do I pay for a plan?
From the staff workspace Subscription page you can pay by card, mobile money, or bank transfer. Card and mobile money activate automatically when payment succeeds. Bank transfers need a payment slip upload; we approve it, then your subscription activates.
What is included in Starter vs Growth?
Starter covers core finance: sales, purchases, inventory, banking, reports, accounting, and compliance. Growth unlocks optional packs such as CRM, POS, payroll, fixed assets, and budgeting. See Pricing for current amounts.
Do you replace our accountant’s tools?
Daftar One is a full accountant workspace — chart of accounts, journals, ledgers, trial balance, P&L, and balance sheet — inside the same product your operators use for invoices and payments. You do not need a separate back-office UI for day-to-day books.
How does local tax / e-invoicing compliance work?
Administrators enable channels for your company’s country. When matching invoices are posted, submissions can queue automatically (or manually). Staff can retry failures and review items that need attention.
Is our company data isolated?
Yes. Each company is a separate tenant. Users only see data for companies they belong to. Roles control module permissions; owners manage users, invites, and sensitive grants.
Can we have multiple companies?
Yes. Owners can create additional companies and switch context. Each company keeps its own books, settings, and subscription trial or paid plan.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your business records remain yours. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for how we store and protect information.
How do we get help?
Use Contact for onboarding and plan questions. Existing customers can also use in-product feedback from the staff workspace.
