These terms govern your access to and use of Daftar One. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Use of the service

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter and for meeting your own tax obligations.
• You must keep your login credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Accounts and companies

Each company's data is isolated. Account owners control who has access and what roles they hold. You remain the owner of your business records.

Availability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but we provide it on an "as is" basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features over time.

Fees

Paid plans are billed as agreed in your order or subscription. Pricing and plan details are provided through our pricing page and sales team.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Daftar One is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. On termination, you can request an export of your data subject to applicable law.
